Tera-Mai™ Reiki Level One is a foundational introduction to energy healing and self-awareness. This class opens you to the Reiki energy and reconnects you with your natural ability to support balance, relaxation, and well-being—beginning with yourself.

Rooted in the Tera-Mai™ lineage, Level One focuses on self-healing, personal growth, and learning to offer Reiki through gentle hands-on techniques. No prior experience is required.

In This Class You Will Learn

• The basics and philosophy of Tera-Mai™ Reiki
• How Reiki energy works and how to use it safely
• Self-healing techniques for daily practice
• Hand positions for giving Reiki to others
• Grounding and energetic awareness practices

You will receive your Tera-Mai™ Reiki Level One attunement, opening your energy system to the Reiki frequency.
