Gentle and Intuitive Energy Healing

You’ll lie on a massage table, fully clothed. Maria will place her hands on or above your body to allow the Reiki Energy to flow and heal.

You may feel warm sensations, a gentle tingling, or waves of calm washing over you. Some people see colors or feel lightness in their body, while others simply experience deep relaxation. The experience varies, but the energy always works where it’s needed most.

You don’t need to do anything except rest and focus on your breath. Close your eyes if that feels natural, or keep them open—whatever makes you comfortable. This time is yours to simply be.

Identify and Release

You might feel tension easing, find your mind becoming quieter, or notice stuck emotions gently surfacing and dissipating. Some clients feel immediate shifts, while others notice gradual changes in the days following the session.
